This machine is a necessary parts in the washing lines of PP PE/PET bottles, After crushing and washing, the humidity of the material will be high, So we can use this series vertical plastic dewatering machine to remover the humidity from flakes .Flakes finally Moisture content will keep in 4~6%.It is powerful and high quality. We also can use it for PP PE PVC PET granules/pellets. It can dry the pellets or granules for watering pelletizing line. We could special made the inlet according to your requirements, so that it could work suitable for your present line.
Feature
1. High speed rotary speed (nearly 1500RPM) ensure the final moisture <5%.
2. There is blowing system behind the dewater machine to suck the material into silo storage which save energy.
3. Rotor, mesh screen and cover are all made by Stainless steel.
4. Inside rotor is special design as hexagon with better effective.
5. The door of machine is easy to open for check and clean the inside.
6. Bottom with drain system for drain out the dirty water.
