SRL-Z300/6000 SRL-Z500/1000 Plastic Powder Heating&Cooling Mixer PVC High Speed Mixing Unit

CE approved Zhangjiagang Chenxing Machinery PVC powder high speed hot/cool mixing unit specially designed for the plastic mixing,drying, coloring.There are different models:
vertical type model such as :SRL-Z200/500,SRL-Z300/600,SRL-Z500/1000,SRL-Z800/1600,etc.

Plastic PVC mixer machine is used for mixing PVC powder, CACO3 and other addictives before product extrusion. This equipment is widely used in plastics, rubber, chemical and food industry, for power or granulate material blending, coloring and drying. Typical application includes: production of PVC dry blend, filling and modification of plastics, pre-mixing of compounding process and premix of wood-plastic Composites.

The PVC mixer machine is composed of high speed mixer  (hot mixer), cold mixer and control cabinet.

We use 8mm stainless steel SUS304 for the internal wall construction. It will guarantee the mixer could use for long time under the high friction.
The mixing blades are passed the static and dynamic balance testing.  And the main shaft adopts fine sealing to prevent material from leakage.Suitable for plastics, rubber, chemical and food industry, for power or granulate material blending, coloring and drying. Typical application includes: production of PVC dry blend, filling and modification of plastics, pre-mixing of compounding process and premix of wood-plastic Composites.

Application examples:

1. In PVC pipe production, you need use high speed mixer to mix the PVC powder, CaCo3 and additives.

2.In master batch (pigment) granulating production line, you need use high speed mixer to mix colorstuffs, fillers and additives.

3.In modified plastics production, the first step is to use high speed to mix different materials to homogenization.

4.In activated CaCo3 production, you need to mix the CaCo3 and coupling agent to homogenization.

5.It is heating mixing has self-friction electric heating.

6.Two layers of sealing is adopted in the pot cover,pot cover of cooling machine adopts arch cover,which can avoid deforming.
