SJ series single screw extruder is mainly composed of barrel screw, momentum driving system, heating, cooling, and electric controllers etc. It is imainly used in plasticizing and extruding of PVC, PE, PP, ABS, PS, PET pipes, plates, sheets, film, profiles, granulates and other plastic products.

It is advanced in designed, high in output, good in plasticization and low in energy consumption. The involute gear driving is characterized by low noise, stable working, big bearing capacity and long service life. DM screw can made by client's demand. The motor, eletrical appliance, contactor and temperature controllers, etc could be adopted by buyer's requested.

7.Speed reducer: The gear and the axis class components have used the high strength alloy steel material quality. 
8.Screw structure designed specifically for customer need.  Nitriding depth 0.5-0.6mm, hardness HV740-940, surface roughness Ra≤0.8um.
9.Barrel adopts feed and water cooling device structure for the all-in-one, with forced feeding Groove.
