Q1: What products can this production line make?
The line is mainly used to produce PVC profiles such as ceiling panels, wall panels, decking, flooring, cornice, planks/boards, window profiles, door frames and door boards, as well as WPC profiles. Changing the mould allows many different profile shapes to be produced on the same line.
Q2: Why use a conical twin-screw extruder for PVC/WPC?
The conical twin-screw extruder provides gentle, low-shear plasticizing with good venting, which is ideal for heat-sensitive PVC and for wood-flour-filled WPC compounds. It offers stable output, uniform melt quality and reliable long-term operation.
Q3: Can one line produce several kinds of profiles?
Yes. The main machine and downstream units remain the same; only the mould needs to be changed to produce a different profile shape. Customers can order additional moulds to expand their product range at low cost.
Q4: How do I choose the right model (YF180 to YF1000)?
Model selection is based mainly on the maximum width of the profile/board you plan to produce. Please send us your product drawings and target output, and we will recommend the most suitable configuration.
Q5: Can the line process WPC (wood-plastic composite) materials?
Yes. The conical twin-screw extruder is designed to process both PVC and WPC raw materials, making the line suitable for wood-plastic decking, railing and outdoor profile production.
Q6: What are the MOQ and delivery time?
MOQ is one complete line. Delivery time depends on the configuration and mould design; please contact us for an exact schedule based on your requirements.
Q7: Do you provide mould design and custom profile support?
Yes. We can design moulds according to your profile drawings or samples, and provide complete technical support from product development to trial production.
Q8: Do you support customized voltage and automation?
Yes. We can supply machines with customized voltage and frequency standards, and automatic feeding, stacking or co-extrusion units can be added for higher automation levels.
