Rentangle sieve vibrator:

Stainless steel granule rectangular Separator is a classical and universal screening equipment.The movement track of its screen box is close to straight line. Almost all the linear vibrating screens are consisted of the screen box,supporting or hanging device,driving unit, vibration isolation part, etc.

Features and application

Adopted the eccentric block vibrator, so it not only can strengthen the vibrating force, also can be adjusted randomly;
Adopted the tire coupling, so it is flexible connection and steady operation;
The screen crossbeam and screen box adopted high-strength bolt, so its structure is simple and easy maintenance.
Adopted smaller amplitude, higher frequency, bigger obliquity, so it features higher screening efficiency, larger processing capability, longer service life, easier maintenance, lower electric consumption and noise.
We have series of vibration machine, not only the retancular shape, but also the round shape ones. It's widely used for powder or pellets sieve.
