Features of screw loader/screw conveyor:

This kind of screw loader is suitable for big capacity and fast loading, such as high speed PVC mixer, extruder with big capacity. It convey material to hopper of mixer or extruder by fast rotating speed.
Touching part are made by 304 stainless steel, no rusty, it's durable and no polluation to raw materials.
And, the Installment and operation of PVC spiral loader is very simple, all of these features make spiral feeder is ideal feeding equipment for PVC mixer and extruders.

Application:
The machine can be used with various extruders and high speed mixer. It can automatically feed plastic powder or granule from storage bin into the hopper by means of a controller of material level(Height can be set by customer themselves). It features feeding automatization, labour saving, safety and reliability.
