PET Bottle Washing Line
1.Pet plastic bottle cleaning line is suitable for PET bottles (such as mineral water bottles,cola and other kinds of plastic bottles),such as de-labelling,crushing,washing,drying and other complete sets of production equipment,waste PET plastic bottles will be processed into bottle flakes and then granulation programme
2. According to the production capacity and cleaning requirements,our company has different standards of PET bottle recycling production line. The output of this PET bottle cleaning and recycling is between 200-2Tkg/h (for reference only)
3. You can choose the right PET bottle recycling washing line to produce high quality PET plastic,which can be used for selling,producing PET pellets or blowing bottles.
4. The water content of the final product is 3%-5% and in order to ensure good quality and long-term use of the line,the materials in contact with water are made of stainless steel 304.

PP/PET Pelletizing Line(Dry-Strips-Cutting Type)
The production line consists of one single forced feeding extruder,one single screw extruder,vacuum air venting device,fast net changing device and granule cutting device. The feeding part of the extruder is enlarged. The compressor has large volume compression ratio. The vacuum suction device at the connection parts can effectively exhaust the volatizing air in the material. The waste materials can be extruded directly.
PP/PE Film Washing Line
This PE PP waste plastic film crushing washing recycling line is designed and manufactured by Chenxing Machinery,which is widely used for waste plastic PE/LDPE/LLDPE film,PP woven bag,PP Jumbo bag,etc.
The waste dirty material go through crushing,friction washing,washing,dewatering,hot air drying process will turn to be clean flakes for pelletizing.
