Soft PVC Sealing Strip Production Line:

The Sealing strip production line, desgined and manufactured by Chenxing Machinery Co., Ltd. In accordance with international advanced technology, upgranding of a number of stereo type seal products. In the domestic, it is the advanced equipment in this producing area. It is widely used in refrigerators, freezers, disinfection cabinets, steel doors and windows, automobiles, container seal, etc. The extrusion productine line for continuous production of PVC sealing strip ( including seal for the embedded steel support frame), which is widely used in cars, windows, refrigeratiors, furtinure. etc.
Processing Flow:
Raw material  →Mixer → Single-screw extruder →Extrusion mould →Vacuum calibration tank → Haul-off machine→ Cutter  Machine→ Stacker/Coiler 

Features and application

Soft PVC Profile Extrusion Lines are mainly used for the soft PVC profile, PVC seals extruding with small sizes.The production line has the characters of low noise, high capacity and just need small size of space. Which can save the  producing cost for customer greatly. The production line can extruding double profiles at the same time.Raw material of the extruder should be PVC soft granules.

The whole production line includes the following major parts:
