The sheet extrusion lines are the most complete, high performance, reliable sheet lines. We offer them as complete systems in 3 sizes: With a 65mm, 90mm, or 120mm extruder, to produce just the capacity you need.
The single screw extruder with good motor, digital controls, vacuum venting, screen changer, gear box, and a flexible lip die. The specially design screw for HIPS, PP, PE, PVC and PET, etc.
The sheet take-offs (Three rolls calendar) feature three hard surface polishing rolls with flawless mirror chrome plating, designed for the highest efficiency heat transfer. Each roll is equipped with an individual, built-in, high volume pressurized water temperature control system. The sheet take-offs also includes two shaft winder.
