Descrption:
The PVC Fiber Reinforced Flexible Pipe, also referred to grid pipe or snake skin pipe, is widely used to convey the middle pressure or corrosive gas and liquid. The machine is used to produce PVC steel wire reinforced transparent pipes.The pipe wall is made of transparent PVC plastic in the pipe inner-wall, there are spiral steel wire.The kind of pipe has the advantage of extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, static electricity high pressure or combustible gas and liquid, heavy suction and delivery of liquid elude.Now it is widely used in such fields as mechanical engineering, coal min, petroleum, chemical industry, agriculture irrigation and civil applications (solar water heater or gas-canisters). At the present time, it is widely used to the irrigation pipe to the garden and lawn.

Process:
conveying feeding→single screw extruder→extruding mould→spray cooling water tank→belt haul-off→fibre winder→warm up oven→single screw extruder→mould→spray cooling water tank→belt haul-off →meter measure→winder→finished product inspecting&packing

Features and application

1. PVC Fibre Reinforced inner and the outer layers will be made of PVC plastics and the middle layer is made of terylene fibre reinforced net.

2. After changing some parts or add some equipments, the line is suitable for the production of PVC screw thread colored pipe(shower pipe) with PET film inside. It ha beautiful appearance and is used in solar water heater and so on.
