Vertical High Speed Mixer for Plastic Mixing and Drying
SRL-Z series mixer unit is applicable for mixing,colouring and drying of various resin such an PE,PP,PVC etc. and in the craft of engineering plastics such as ABS,PC etc before forming and processing as well as in the mixing of phenolic resin. The unit combines heat mixing and cool mixing craft together. The materials after heat mixing can be go into cool mixer for cooling automatically, exhausts remaining gases and prevent agglomeration.
The PVC mixer is composed of high speed mixer (hot mixer), cooling mixer and control cabinet. We use stainless steel SUS304 for the internal wall construction. It will guarantee the mixer could use for long time under the high friction. The mixing blades are passed the static and dynamic balance testing. And the main shaft adopts fine sealing to prevent material leakage.

Load materials into heat mixer by spiral loader → set material discharge temperature for heat mixer → auto discharge material into cool mixer when reach the set temperature
