Product Description

These high speed mixer unit suitable for plastics, rubber, chemical and food industry, for power or granulate material blending, coloring and drying. Typical application includes: production of PVC dry blend, filling and modification of plastics, pre-mixing of compounding process and premix of wood-plastic Composites.

With 20 years in heating and cooling mixer industry, hot and cool mixer unit from Zhangjiagang Chenxing Machinery is an ideal equipment for profile and pipes with advanced design. Combined with the heating mixing technique and cooling mixing technique, the materials from hot mixer would get into cooling mixer automatically to be cooled, then the remained gas will be eliminated and agglomeration is avoid.
