It is mainly used in plasticizing, extruding and forming of PVC pipes, plates, sheets, film, profiles, and granules etc.It includes screw, barrel, gear transmission system, heating, cooling and electric control and etc.

Features and application

1. The conical twin-screw extruder is composed of barrel screw,gear transmissing system,measurable feeding,vacuum deaeration,heating,cooling and electro control components.

2. It is mainly used in plasticizing,extruding and forming PVC pipe,plate,sheet,film,profile and granule etc.

3. The conical double-screw plastic extruder has the characters such as force extruding, high quality, wide application, long usage time, low cutting speed, not-easy decomposition of material, good plasticized performance, powder forming directly, etc. This extruder is equipped with self temperature controlling and vacuum exhausting devices. It suits for the production of pipes, plates, special shaped materials, etc.

4.The distribution  box is specially designed, the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure. The electrical system has mainly applied imported parts, it has multiple alarm system, there are few problems which can be  easilly eliminated. 

5.It has firstly  introduced advanced technique of producing screws with variable  pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.
