It is used to produced PP-R pipe, as a nes kind of pipe of green protecting environments ,it has the features of sanitation ,non-poison ,non-rust,heat resistance and long life. The pipe is mainly used in the fields of water supply and hot water for warm for resident for resident life and industry.
The PPR pipe production line is composited of following machines:
1. vacuum pellets loader
2. hopper dryer
3. single screw extruder
4. co-extruder for color-line (optional)
5. die head for pipes
6. vacuum calibration and cooling tank
7. haul off machine
8. non sawdust pipe cutter
9. stacker
If possible, the pellets mixer or lifting drying and mixing machine is also requested in the production line.
