Product Description

The single station winding machine is mainly suitable for winding aluminium-plastic composite pipes, PPR pipes, PE pipes, small hoses and other pipes. It is mainly used in conjunction with our pipe extrusion machines and form a complete set of production line. Generally installed after the haul-off machine, this allows the formed tubes to be wound and packed directly after being hauled, avoiding the confusion caused by manual winding.

Main Features

1. It adopts automatically winding, adjusting winding speed and winding method. It has single station for continuous winding. 

2. The most important feature of this type winder machine is high speed, it is suitable for winding PE,PVC solid wall and corrugated pipe.

3. It adopts air-operated method. The wheel rib of the winding up wheel adopts air-operated opening and closing. 

4. It is equipped with a ray creel stand to automatically wind displacement. 

5. It reaches winding up orderly. 

6. The machine structure is compact. Its automatication is high.
