Product Description

ABS is a thermoplastic polymer material with good toughness and easy processing and moulding. It is characterised by high strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and has been widely used these year to manufacture pipes of various specifications.
1 This line has better mixing, lower head pressure, consistently high output and longer machine life.
2 The cooling and sizing system, developed in-house, uses water circulation to cool the ABS (PP, HDPE) material. The special design of the extruder allows for consistent diameter and roundness, making it suitable for the production of thick-walled pipes.
3 The special design of the all stainless steel extended vacuum sizing box ensures stable diameter and roundness and the use of a speed control system for stable haul-off speed.
4 The whole production line is controlled by PLC system, which is easy and convenient to operate.
