Product Description
Working principle:
It is using rotary of screw to lift materials from bottom to top and sprayed like umberalla shape,fall down to the bottom.This is a circle. Through this circle,materials(granules,flakes,and powder) will be evenly mixed. Better performance than tranditional mixer.Different weights of different mateirals will not disturb mixing result.
1.TLQF series vertical plastic granulators mixer uses rapid rotation of screw to elevate materials from bottom to top and throws in a umbrella shape to the bottom so that the materials will roll and mix in the drum evenly and efficiently.
2.The spiral repeated mixing with propeller blade inside enables materials to be mixed more evenly and rapidly.3.Suitable to mix all kinds of plastic materials and color master batch.A better performance when new and old and color master batch are mixed together.
4.All contact parts between the equipment and mateirals are made of stainless steel,which is easy to wash and may avoid rust.
5.One power control security protection device is set to ensure safe operation.
