The single station winder is suitable for winding of plastic wire, middle-small plastic soft pipes. It is used with extruder, calibration table and haul-off and tractor to make plastic soft pipe, wire straightly wind. 

Features and application

1)It adopts automatically winding, adjusting winding speed and winding method. It has single Station for continuous winding. the most feature of this type winder machine is high speed,50m\min suitable for winding PE,PVC solid wall and corrugated pipe automatic winding,pneumatic discharging Pipe winding machine is applied to winding flexible HDPE,LDPE, PVC pipes.

2)It adopts air-operated method. The wheel rib of the winding up wheel adopts air-operated Opening and closing. 

3) It is equipped with a ray creel stand to automatically wind displacement. 

4) It reaches winding up orderly. 

5)The machine structure is compact. Its automatication is high. 

6)Its appearance is beautiful and its operation is convenient.

7)Pipe Accumulator equipped to ensure sufficient buffering time while automatic coil changes. It also has function of tesion control, which can automatically adjust the winding speed accroding to the storage pipe length. Winding speed is precisely synchronized with the line production speed.
