Product Description
The barrel is an important part of the extruder as well as the extruder in the extrusion molding system. The barrel works with the screw, the barrel contains the screw, and the screw rotates in the barrel. When the screw rotation drives the plastic to move forward in the barrel, the external heating of the barrel conduction heat to the plastic in the barrel, coupled with the gradual reduction of the screw volume, so that the plastic in the thread groove is extruded, turned over and shear and other forces after being evenly mixed plasticized, along with the movement to the front of the barrel at the same time, gradually melted into a viscous flow state, to complete the plasticization of plastics. The normal cooperation between the barrel and the screw ensures the continuous extrusion production of raw materials.
