PVC powder high speed and low speed mixer unit for sheet panel line
1.SRL-Z Series Mixer is mainly used for compounding, mixing, coloring dry of PVC, PP,PE etc.
2. It can also be used for mixing resin. This machine integrates hot mixing cold mixing into one. After the hot mixing, the waterfall will go into the cold mixer for exhausting the remained gas and preventing blocking.
3. The mixer lid is double sealed and opened in the pneumatic way.
4. The electic control system adopts RKC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron and other famous instruments and control components to realize automatic control.
5. Equiped with pulse dust catching device. (on customer's option)
6. Both the blades and belts wheel have been specially treated through the balancing machine of static and dunamic.
7. Simple loading system can also be equiped on customer's option.
