Descrption:

The PVC Fiber Reinforced Flexible Pipe, also referred to grid pipe or snake skin pipe, is widely used to convey the middle pressure or corrosive gas and liquid. Now it is widely used in such fields as mechanical engineering, coal min, petroleum, chemical industry, agriculture irrigation and civil applications (solar water heater or gas-canisters). At the present time, it is widely used to the irrigation pipe to the garden and lawn.

Process:

conveying feeding→single screw extruder→extruding mould→spray cooling water tank→belt haul-off→fibre winder→warm up oven→
single screw extruder→mould→spray cooling water tank→belt haul-off →meter measure→winder→finished product inspecting&packing

Features:
1. PVC Fibre Reinforced inner and the outer layers will be made of PVC plastics and the middle layer is made of terylene fibre reinforced net.

2. The pipe is suitable for the conveying of corrosive gas or liquid.

3. It can be widely used in the industries of machinery, coal mine, oil chemical plant, agricultural irrigation, building, solar water heater, coal gas pot, etc.
