Low Energy PVC/WPC Hot Cutting Plastic Granule Making Machine
This hard PVC/CPVC hot-cutting pelletizing line consists of SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder and corresponding pelletizing auxiliary machines.
--PVC granules machine/hot cutting pelletizing line is for PVC hot cutting is composed by a conical twin-screw extruder and the correspondingly pelletizing downstream equipment, it is suitable for the pelletizing of PVC,PE raw materials with wood powder or other additives.
PVC material mixture with other materical,such as: CaCO3, CPE, static, wax and so on. The granules/ pellets can be used to producing PVC profiles and shoes, and so on.
Process flow:
Raw material→powder Mixer→Spring loader→Conical twin-screw extruder→Mould & Cutter→Air-conveying system→Silo
