1. Horizontal PVC resin powder Mixer unit (SRL-W) is used for the processes of compounding, drying and dying as one of the most ideal equipment for the manufactures of profiles and tubes.
2. The cold mixer adopts horizontal structure with the characteristics of large cooling area, fast speed, more homogenized. This equipment was once been honored with 'Golden prize of Tianjin International expo for invention, new products and new technology ' in 2002.
3. The mixer lid is double sealed and opened in the pneumatic way.
4. The electic control system adopts RKC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron and other famous instruments and control components to realize automatic control.
5. Equiped with pulse dust catching device. (on customer's option)
6. Both the blades and belts wheel have been specially treated through the balancing machine of static and dunamic.
7. Simple loading system can also be equiped on customer's option.

I. plastic machine pvc resin powder turbor mixer for extrusion,injection production lines is widely used to compound PVC resin with stabilizer and some other additives in the industry of PVC extrusion, PVC pelletizing/granulating and so on. it's necessary machine for PVC products production.
II. Features of plastic machine pvc resin powder turbor mixer for extrusion,injection production :
1. for model smaller than 500litre model, the mixer barrel adopts 5mm stainless steel, bottom adopts 6mm stainless steel, it's stronger and durable. For model bigger than 500L, the more bigger, more thickness of bareel wall.
2. the mixer exhausing filter adopts very good air filter used for car, the air exhausting effect is much more better than cloth bag filter.
3. hot mixer blades are well desgined which can save mixing time by 2mintues for one batch.
4. Our mixers have been passed the test of dynamic balance and static balance to reduce vibration.
5. The pot wall is accurate grinding so that mixed materials will not stick to the pot. The main electricity use Siemens.
6. Temperature controller use HOLIP or Omron. The electric control cabinet is with fan and light. Shaft seal adopts patent technology to ensure the shaft and pot connection won't leak material.
7. The large mixer unit customers may choose ABB inverter and all our bearings use the famous brand bearing such as NSK, SKF that all depending on customers' requirements.
8. The stirring paddle is composed by up paddle, middle paddle and down paddle.
9. the stirring barrel with open cover, use air cylinder to spragging the cover a little, and then shift horizontally, the cover then could be open.
10. the sealed part use two level white silicone rubber for sealing.
11. The cover with feeding port and exhaust port( it can make hole according to customers)
12. the stirring barrel and motor could be fixed and with belt clamp device.
13. There is bolts and screws on the motor plate for tightening and loosening the motor belt. Convenient for maintain.
14. There is silicon O-ring sealing instead of square sealing line at discharging block and cover for avoiding fall off.
15. It can set discharge air cylinder to make sure discharge valve starts in a ray. With watch hole and blow hole, valve start limit spacing etc.
16. Air blows into the stirring barrel from the labyrinth seal. This kind of structure could avoid production entering shaft seal.
17.There is contactor switch on the barrel wall to make sure the stirring pot could only work after cover closed.
18. Main electricity elements use Siemens Brand. Temperature controller is OMRON or Holip. The electricity cabinet is simple and avoids dust.
19. Hot mixer is controlled by two speed motor, or 6 pole motor and ABB inverter.
20. There are vacuum powder loading system with dust collecting device, screw loader for optional.
