Plastic PVC Pipe Extrusion Line
PVC & UPVC Pipe Production Line is used to produce PVC & UPVC Pipe with different diameter and thickness.It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or corrosive gas,and is widely used in the machinery,coal mine, oil, chemical, agriculture irrigation,gas and building.
Produce Process:
PVC powder + additive →mixing →spring feeding →twin screw extruder →mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine →haul off machine →cutting machine →stacker
1.PVC pipe production line is mainly used in the manufacture of the plastic PVC pipe with various tube diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing,cable laying etc
2.This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder,vacuum calibration tank,printer,haul-off,cutter,stacker, etc.
3.The extruder and extractor adopt the imported AC frenquncey control device.
4.The vacuum pump and the main motor adopt the famous brand.
5.The haul-off has many different kinds of Model,such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, five-claw, six-claw.
6.About the cutter, you can choose the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting type.
7.We also can offer some auxiliary machine about the pipe extrusion line.
