PVC Pipe Production Line
The PVC pipe production line is mainly used for the production of PVC pipes of various pipe diameters and wall thicknesses for agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage, cable auxiliaries, etc. The line consists of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum sizing box, haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacking frame etc. The main parts are all optionally available with imported AC frequency conversion or domestic frequency conversion motors. The traction is available in crawler, three-jaw, four-jaw and six-jaw traction modes. Cutting can be done by lifting knife or planetary cutting, and can be equipped with length counting and thickness increasing devices. The line has a reliable performance and high production efficiency. The line can be configured according to customer requirements.
1. PVC pipe production line is mainly used in the manufacture of the plastic PVC pipe with various tube diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing,cable laying etc.
2. This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder,vacuum calibration tank,printer,haul-off,cutter,stacker, etc.
3. The extruder and extractor adopt the imported AC frenquncey control device.
4. The vacuum pump and the main motor adopt the famous brand.
5. The haul-off has many different kinds of Model,such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, five-claw, six-claw.
6. About the cutter, you can choose the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting type.
7. We also can offer some auxiliary machine about the pipe extrusion line.
