This hard PVC/CPVC hot-cutting pelletizing line consists of SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder and corresponding pelletizing auxiliary machines.
Twin screw extruder PVC plastic pelletizing machine are applied to the waste materials, which needs high processing performance of melting, volatilization, filtering etc., mainly works for the job of PVC scraps recycling and re-pelletizing.
Process flow:
Mixer→Spring loader→Conical twin-screw extruder→Mould & Cutter→Air-conveying system→Silo
We can also supply PP/PE/PVC granules(High calcium powder content) making machine by using Single screw extruder.
