Product Description

The open mill machine is a kind of mixing and refining plastic equipment which is used earlier in plastic products production plants. In the calender production line, the open refiner is in front of the calender, after the mixer, the role is to mix the raw materials for mixing, plasticizing, for the calender calendering plastic products to provide a more uniform molten material mixed refining plastic. In the production of cable material, the open refiner can directly refine and mould the powdered material mixed according to the formula into molten material, and then press and mould it into a flaky strip, so that the granulator can cut it into granules. In the floor leather production line, it can directly provide the cloth-based leather with an evenly mixed and plasticised base coat. It is also possible to refine and plasticise the recycled waste plastic film (sheet) back on the open refiner.
