Product Description

1. It is used in mixing, drying, coloring and other industrial art, it is the ideal equipment for producing profile and pipe,all the extruding complete lines.
2. It is heating mixing has self-friction and electric heating.
3. Two layers of sealing is adopted in the pot cover, pot cover of cooling machine adopts arch cover, which can avoid deforming.
4. High Speed PVC Hot And Cold Mixer has features of contact construction, good performance.
5. They have passed the test of dynamic balance and static equilibrium according to the national standard.

This machine adopts automatically design, its run flow as follow: 
Load materials into heat mixer by spiral loader → set material discharge temperature for heat mixer → auto discharge material into cool mixer when reach the set temperature 

The cool mixer also can be controlled by temperature. 

Application

The high-speed mixer is commonly used for blending a diverse range of powder materials. The SRL series mixing unit is suitable for mixing, tinting, and drying various resins, including poly, PE, PP, PVC, polypropylene, and poly chloride, etc.

Additionally, it's applicable in the drying and volatilization processes of engineering plastics, such as ABS and PC, prior to their shaping and processing, as well as for phenolic resin mixing.

This unit integrates both heat and cool mixing functionalities. Materials that have undergone heat mixing can be smoothly transferred into the cool mixer for automatic cooling, which efficiently removes residual gases and prevents agglomeration. As a result, it serves as an exceptional tool for plastic mixing applications.
