Product Description

GF series PVC plastic pipe production line:

The production line is developed with the advanced technology of West Europe by our company. The main machine is SJSZ 51/105 or SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder is equipped with double-tube single-control stainless steel spraying calibration. It avoids waste condition when one tube is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double drawing machine and cutting machine are combined with the front double calibration technology to make operation more flexible. Let you enjoy economic benefit which is brought by spearate-control double-tube extruding.

The machine with energy efficient conical twin-screw extruder and through special mould one-time extrusion two piece of PVC pipe, effective energy conservation, can improve the production and efficiency, save land and labor costs.

This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, printer, haul-off, cutter, stacker, etc

The extruder and extractor adopt the imported AC frenquncey control device

The vacuum pump and the main motor adopt the famous brand

The haul-off has many different kinds of Model, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, five-claw, six-claw

About the cutter, you can choose the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting type
