Product Description

1. Cable Trunking Online Punching Machine : most applicated in PVC cable channel profiles, by hydraulic method. PLC control, automatic working.Three sides punching, punching speed is adjustable.

2. PVC trunking Punching machine is a new machine developed by Chengxing Plastic Machinery .Compared to the past mould , we change the mould structure from vertical single side into both sides punching way , the working efficiency will increase 3-6 times ; it equip with the automatic feeding equipment. The whole machine line can make the automatic continuous punching with the Chinese and English computer control . It can change the different size punching mould to make more productions with convenient , high speed ,high efficiency according to the customer's requirement.
Processing Flow:
PVC powder+additives → Mixer → Screw loader → Extruder → Mould → Profile cooling platform → Haul-off machine →Cutting machine → Stacker
