Rentangle Sieve Vibrator:

Stainless steel granule rectangular Separator is a classical and universal screening equipment.The movement track of its screen box is close to straight line. Almost all the linear vibrating screens are consisted of the screen box,supporting or hanging device,driving unit, vibration isolation part, etc.

Operating Principle:

SS304 Vibratory Screen Kidney Bean Vibrating Sifter Vibration Sieve is a kind of screening equipment. It uses two vibration motors as its vibration source, which makes the materials thrown up on the screen surface and move forward in a straight line at the same time. The material uniformly enters the feed port of the linear vibrating screen, and then passes through the multi-layer rectangular screen to produce different sizes of material, and finally they are discharged from their respective outlets.

 

Features and application

Adopted the eccentric block vibrator, so it not only can strengthen the vibrating force, also can be adjusted randomly;
Adopted the tire coupling, so it is flexible connection and steady operation;
The screen crossbeam and screen box adopted high-strength bolt, so its structure is simple and easy maintenance.
Adopted smaller amplitude, higher frequency, bigger obliquity, so it features higher screening efficiency, larger processing capability, longer service life, easier maintenance, lower electric consumption and noise.
We have series of vibration machine, not only the retancular shape, but also the round shape ones. It's widely used for powder or pellets sieve.
Application:

Screening can remove powder or granules that do not meet the specifications, grading can classify Powder/Granules according to their size, shape, and other features to meet different production and processing requirements. Impurity removal can remove impurities and foreign materials in Powder/Granules, improve the quality of materials.
