Advantages of equipment:
1. A mixing section is added on the screw structure of the extruder to facilitate the full and uniform mixing of materials. The increase of thread pitch in the exhaust section facilitates the discharge of gas through the exhaust port located in the front of the barrel. The thread of metering section is optimized to achieve constant pressure extrusion without shear overheating, and to achieve stable extrusion of materials.

2. The feeding system of our equipment is equipped with stainless steel screw automatic feeder and screw type quantitative feeding device. In order to prevent the material from "bridging" phenomenon, a stirring device is added. The quantitative feeding device adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can continuously and evenly extrude the material.

3. The temperature control system is mainly composed of barrel heater, fan and screw core temperature regulating device. Automatic temperature control can be realized through the electrical control system.

Application of Our Profile Extrusion line
YF Series PVC profile production line is mainly used in PVC profile/truncking tray,  or PVC/WPC door & window profiled material, wide door plate, window plate, extrusion of multi-holes pipe for passing through lines (four holes, six holes, seven holes, nine holes, etc.) For different sectional surface and molds, twin conical screws extruder of different specifications can be chosen together with corresponding vacuum calibrating table, haul-off unit, cutting unit, tilter / stacker, etc.

General information:
1. Capacity of main frame can be optionally chosen from 60-700 kgs/hour.
2. With different molds, it can products different kinds of profiles.
3. The haul-off unit has applied unique lift technique. Its work is stable, its reliability is good, its pulling force is large.
4. Vacuum setting has applied special enlarged vortex cooling system which is good for cooling and calibrating so as to meet demand of high speed extruding.
5. Movement speed and drawing speed of cutting machine keep synchronous.
6. The design is reasonable, the operation is stable, it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length.
7. Powder & dust suction device can be provided.
8. The stacker platform can choose such specifications as 4-meter, 6-meter, 8-meter, etc.
9. With twin conical screws extruder, it is particularly suitable for high speed extruding of profiled material.
