Product Description

1. Caterpillar haul-off machine is mainly used with plastic extruder for drawing big diameter plastic pipes from 30 to Φ 630mm. Its applicablility is wide and its usage is convenient.

2. This plastic haul off machine is used to produce plastic pipes and profiles together with plastic extruder.

3. This plastic haul off machine adopts SCR(Silicon controlled rectifter)stepless speed regulation. It's mainly used with plastic extruder to extrude and draw plastic pipe. Special shaped materials, soft pipes and other kinds of shaped materials. It's widely used in application and convenient in operation.

Features and application

1. The caterpillar type haul-off machine has different specification according to different pipe diameter, such as three caterpillars, four caterpillars, six caterpillars, eight caterpillars etc.

2. It can pulling all kinds plastic pipes like PVC/UPVC pipes, HDPE/PP/PPR pipes etc.

3. The speed can be adjusted according to the customers' requires, large in extent of speed regulation, even in drawing speed.
