High quality Face-Cutting PE PP PVC WPC Compounding Pellets Granules Pelletizing Line
This hard PVC/CPVC hot-cutting pelletizing line consists of SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder and corresponding pelletizing auxiliary machines.
This production line produces pellets by hot cutting, mainly PVC pellets.It is widely used in producing PVC granules/ pellets from the recycled material of rigid PVC, soft PVC and waste PVC, mixed material, recycled PVC powder etc.
Hot cutting granulator is composed by conical screw extruder, pelletizing die, air conveying system and silo.Clients can add masterbatch to produce granules with different color.
Process flow:
Mixer→Spring loader→Conical twin-screw extruder→Mould & Cutter→Air-conveying system→Silo
We can also supply PP/PE granules(High calcium powder content) making machine by using Single screw extruder.
