Features:

1. The production line consists of one single forced feeding extruder, one single screw extruder, vacuum air venting device, fast net changing device and granule cutting device. The feeding part of the extruder is enlarged. The compressor has large volume compression ratio. The vacuum suction device at the connection parts can effectively exhaust the volatizing air in the material. The waste materials can be extruded directly.
2. This line is not only able to recycle the common plastics, but also can recycle the foamed PET, PS, PP, EVA, etc. Different screws are available to the different material, output.
3. Hard teeth surface, special reduction box (gear box); 38CrMoAIA nitriding barrel and screw; vacuum suction type exhaust ensures pore-free granules; non-stop net changing device; cooling water tank; blow dryer; rotary granule cutter. There is no need to add drying process; the pelletizing is working under normal temperature, one-step foamed, low costs, and yields good economic returns.

Applicable plastic materials: PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, etc.

Material shapes:Film,bag and flake

Material types:pe bag,printed LDPE film,film (rolls,loose,bundles),agricultural film waste,foamed plastics(EPS) and raffia.

Note:Depending on material property,various downstream equipment are available

 

Characteristics:

This production line is composed of special designed agglomerator, screw loader, two stages of single-screw extruder, screen changer,pellets diehead, cooling tank, cooling fan, pellets cutter and material tank.

If possible, we also can add more auxiliary machines in the line for perfect the recycling process, such as dryer, vibrator and packing system, etc.
